Great first time experience, but needs improvement on work/life balance
The good thingsWelcoming colleagues that are easy to get along with, superb equipment and variety of classes to join for. Employer try to maintain the relationship among her team by having monthly team bonding outings.
The challengesColleagues often take mc and lack of support at Front of House, especially during peak hours. Because of the lack of support, workload accumulates for the day and also for the future. Receptionist desks are a little bit too low and not good for posture.
