Poor Work-Life Balance but Good Colleagues

The good things-Reasonable pay -Supportive colleagues

The challenges-Have to work on weekends (two compulsory Saturdays and sometimes on Sunday when there are events) -Have to work one weekday night every week -Management does not know what direction they want to take and is not very open to feedback -High paperwork
