    Good company to gain experience
The good thingsGood project teams, many technical experts to gain knowledge from, helpful managers, and a nice culture
The challengessalaries are far below the industry average, work-life balance was not an option as standard 9 -5 hours are not followed, the HR department avoids any conversations regarding salary increments, bonuses, and also project budgets

    Surprisingly dissappointing
The good thingsHR is not so strict and appear to have any no say in policy matters concerning certain supervisor discipline and attendance
The challengesBe prepared to cover other colleague's job scope, even though its not within your job description. The reason is that they are often sick or having family matters

    Good work experience for fresher
The good thingsLearned to manage a large scale project in a multi-national company along with a big team of developers, engineers, project manager, QA lead, tech lead, clients and external co-system developers and engineers. Learned to work together, discuss and solve problems together and how to work effectively and efficiently towards completing tasks and pass it to QA. Overall approach on a task and collaboration between team members for the best possible ways and receive validation and acceptance.
The challengesHandling huge team was in a way time taking and we handled it very well in order to meet correct margins. It was difficult to maintain a good work-life balance when there is mismatch between the plan/expectation with reality. The way we overcome the challenges taught many lessons in the way of planning for a project and set deadlines and how important is to maintain a good work-life balance.
