    The good thingsMost of the site staffs are nice and helpful. There is work life balance.

    The good thingsFriendly colleagues and quite nice bosses. I foresee little politics because everyone is engrossed in their work. There are options such as active lifestyle and healthy living to encourage team bonding. Overall, a nice place as they ramp up engagement efforts.
    The challengesThe work here is a bit routine and it lacks career progression. VITAL is very task driven and operational, fast pace company given that it is a shared service business. Even the corporate side of the house is fast pace and sometimes it tries to do too much with too little resources.
