    The good thingsIt is not a stressful working environment. You are given own time own target to finish your work, as long you did not miss the dateline given. Overtime is not common. Good colleagues, family working style, and flexible working environment..
    The challengesIn this company, it is difficult to get promoted. Slow career progression, making the staffs lack of motivation to work harder. The location is a bit off, the company provide transport from few MRT station. There is only one canteen within walking distance.
