    Great benefits from great employer
    The good thingsThe company provides well when it comes to salary, in fact the company was tagged as one of the highest paying BPO employer in Davao City, Philippines. I was not only enjoying the great incentives but i felt secured with my health care benefits where parents became my dependents. The company values integrity and is employee-centric. Develops great social and emotional well being for the employees.
    The challengesIgnores to listen to some minor complains from their agents. They taxed their employees as if they are settled in a high end metro city mirroring some of their of branches that are located in a big cities.

    Simply, Good.
    The good thingsI met some good, hardworking, and brave friends that now I consider as my family. I learn a lot from the company which molded me to be confident, a goal-seeker, and taught me to be mature enough in making good decisions. At the same time, a good salary that can sustain all my needs and wants.
    The challengesThe challenges that I have been struggling that time was to communicate with our clients or customers on how to relay the information since there is a big difference between translating it to Filipino to English words or language. And, on how to switch the mood of an irate customer to a calm and satisfied customer.

    The challengesMaybe the pantry, sometimes when we go on break there's no more food!! And agents are so hungry and would like to eat during their break but would end up being dissapointed seeing the pantry.

    Overall good but can be improved
    The good thingsMeeting good people, ideas and practices that were different from what I was used to. Activities and recognition provided to employees. The owners are really down to earth. They are very reasonable to deal with.
    The challengesPace in adjusting to issues. Client empowerment was too much. Salary stucture didn't always make sense. i don't believe in high rate disparity due to provincial vs Manila rates. lack of training for leadership staff and HR wasn't really equipped to to do. Not for lack of trying but growing pains.

    The challengesAside from the basic salary, there's nothing more to look forward.If not for the accnt incentive you might not be contented with the pay.

    The good thingsWell, when it comes to handling people I give them a thumbs up. They know how to keep people intact. The HR adjusts to its workforce amazingly. :)
