    The good thingsJapanese working culture . at 9 am, everyone have to be at office to greet each other.. courteous and warm working environment. family work environment. great bonding everyone leaves at 6 pm
    The challengesboss wants t be done immediately ...boss do not openly criticize if things goes wrong. writes emails and point out mistakes. and email circulates around. everyone use email as a working conversation. thus there is always a lot of emails
