The challenges1. Insufficient exposure to highest management, so many good ideas did not get opportunity to incubate.
2. Too many intra-company changes with very little discussion nor say, on how to manage the transition well.
3. Some HR practices are well and truly out of date (e.g. no 360 appraisal) though some other practices are really good.
4. Local office badly affected by North American office events.
