Steep Learning Curve, Good for Fresh Grads
The good thingsWorked here when the organisation just reach Singapore shores. There's a lot to learn at this place. And, there is a lot of freedom to learn anything and everything new. We were given Japanese lessons twice a week as well. The office location is also surrounded with cheap and good food.
The challengesThere is absolutely no work life balance. As it is a Japanese company, tardiness is look upon very seriously. And, working long hours is a must. We were expected to step out of the office to help out with operations as well. So, if you are looking for a conventional 9-5 job, then you might want to think again. Then again, the management who were there when I was working has left. Could be better.
