The good thingsThe colleagues from many different brands are awesome.
The challengesDue to the many brands in one company, most of us had to handle more than just one brand.

    Ground staff are not valued.
The good thingsNice colleagues who are going through the same predicament, understanding of each other's difficulties.
The challengesStaff receiving 1 pay and have to handle the workload of 2-3pax. Company should be more motivating and encourage positivity, not imposing stress and unpleasantness. Wasted that many great brands are housed under a company who does not care about staff benefits yet top management getting hefty bonuses.

    Not worth the salary!
The good thingsColleagues being in the same boat as you
The challengesToo much work burdened on you because company refuses to replace those staff who has resigned, leaving you to shoulder on with the extra roles without pay increment. Expect to work long hours, late nights, on your annual leave and even weekends when come to month-end. No empathy from the top management who forgot that people are the essence of the business.

The challengesToo many SOP and procedures to follow. Too many manual process. One document need 4-5 ppl to sign. Tons of paperwork. Backward technology. Too focus on segregation of duties till nobody know how the whole process work.

I enjoy the friendliness that they have for me.
The good thingsI enjoyed the treatment that they gave me while i was there. I was just rookie but they made sure i was not left out and taught me the necessary skills that i need. They also assigned work for me to do to make sure i was not bored not doing anything. The boss was kind enough to trust me to do his powerpoint slides for his presentation.
The challengesI did not like the fact that sometimes i have nothing to do. I am a hands on erson and i need to be doing something all the time. But the job scope allows me to do only limited stuff. I also dont like the language used in the company where vulgarities is a norm.

    Company without a future
The good thingspretty relaxed as the management are lost as well
The challengesthe management and HR had completely lost their senses on staff development and too engrossed in cost cutting. Never expect a promotion or good increment even if you are taking on more responsibilities than required or how smart you are. The HR only hire new people in to lead and leaving the old staff to rot. i would only recommend this company with the current management to semi retirees.
