    Local set up doesn't reflect int'l reputation
    The good thingsCompetitive package, dedicated admin resource for each team
    The challengesManagement needs to be dedicated to running the agency and not straddle managing a practice as the agency and consultants suffer. As a result, staff aren't adequately trained and teams are siloed.
