    Friendly place to work in
    The good thingsColleges are caring and do throw temper cause drama. Leaders are willing to teach and provided good guidance. Provided enough health care benefits to employees. Off-in-lieu will be given when holiday falls on Saturday. Salary is always on time and never late.
    The challengesFollows a very old fashion way of operation, can't seem to be able to change to a newer form of software development methodology. I can see that they wanted to change, but it's very hard when their mindset are already fixed.
