    actually this organisation is good for work.
    The good thingsi am working this company i see not so bad it is ok.their working procedures is well.and the working environment also good condition to work.everybody are friendly help to each other.the organisation are followed the MOM rules and regulation.and the management responsibilities for worker also good.the company policy should be ok.actually worker happy to workin this company.so far i am perception this company is excellent for work.
    The challengesThe more challenging in this company that is shift work.actually this company is good for general worker.one more thing is more challenging that is can't promoted to qualification people go up and if they give they promoted people also very slow.They do not judge people's abilities.and otherwise so far so good.

    The good thingsmy previous company supported to me lot when i was there just supervisor level after that my managers and bosses motivated to me i become senior supervisor and Operation Executive after that finally i left from there Senior Operation Executive.
