    The challengesOnboarding process can be better for new comers. Absence of Learning and development opportunities. Small number of employees and internal cross-functional departments a hindrance to lateral transfer. The ability to implement new ideas to improve work processes may be a blockage and proved challenging for those looking for wider learning curve and higher job satisfaction, which may lead the role turning stagnant for a prolonged period of time. Strategic direction department and role specific for  should be communicated clearly to better achieve business and individual objectives
