    The good thingsI am admin staff in M3 language institute. It is a language institute where in we are offering different language to study. we also offering music and instrument lessons and other review session and tutorial session.
    The challengesI am the executive admin staff, I'm handling all the concerns of our students and clients. I'll be the one who is making telemarketing with our valid customers and reassuring that our services has the best in other language institute. I enjoy my experience there with some challenges and hard times.

    The good thingsI enjoy the fun environment. It does not feel like i am working because it just feels like home. I like the salary and the commissions. I like the people because almost everyone shares the same values.
    The challengesIf the management listens frequently to the people then it could have been a better place for everyone. Changes are normal but employees expect to be part of the decision making because employees are the frontliners.
