    The good thingsBenefits still can accept, but some issues are not fair.
    The challengesThe machines are more than 20 yaers,never plan for major overhaul, efficiency is dropping, technician have to take time to service and repair frequently, this will effect quality and daily output, and also technician ''s performance,.
