    The good thingsCan learn many things.
    The challengesMNC company but manage locally, poor management, a lot of political issues. The worst dept ever seen in logistics, can't think out of the box, can't cooperate at all especially the supervisor.

    The good things1. Lot of works to do, can learn as many as you want
    The challenges1. Quality AM is always disturb production to work, and don't know how to respect people, arrogant, selfish. 2. Company benefits are not much compared to outside, not much increment.

    The good thingsMeet many people at different place and traveling north and south,how to communicate people drive a luxury car and delivery car. Bonding with my co workers they treat me like a brother
