    The good things*Flexible working hours due to assignments are based on vessels ETA *Outdoor working environment as job is mainly onboard a vessel *The brand and name is there, for an MNC
    The challenges*Dangers involved boarding of vessels at anchorages *Career development within the organization is limited *Experience gained within the specialized in-house role will not be applicable to most similar/ same industry during a career transition. *too much organizational changes

    Great team bad hours
    The good thingsGreat team with supportive supervisor/manager. Can be quite flexi if the manager/work permits it. Some of the benefits are great.
    The challengesNot all bosses are equal, really depends on which team you end up in. The workload can be insane at times so forget work life balance. Pay depends but not always too great.

    The challengesBosses are not really listen into their employees voice - especially come with pays and promotion scheme. Annual PA is done but seems do not have the intention to review employees work performance and reward them.
