    Global Retail MNC with a growing presence in Singapore
    The good thingsRelatively new company and brand presence in Singapore. Sort of pioneer batch that will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of individual and business success. Good regional retail exposure for those that want to gain experience with a global brand. Company is expanding it stores and global presence in the international market and will provide the incumbent the opportunity to grow provided he/she have the aptitude and attitude to take on more.
    The challengesAmbiguity in directions/ objective as the company/ management do not have the solid retail experience in the international market. Systems are manual (as with other retail companies). While it maybe a MNC, the benefits and compensation are not of the best (as with other retails), so don't expect the company to be a paymaster (you might as well look for opportunity in banking and finance).

    Good coy with great people
    The good thingsWS is a good company to work with. You will get to work with a lot of great people from Asia, Australia, Europe and US. This is a company that has been performing so well for the decade and it has great plan for expansion and advancement. There will be a lot of opportunities for growth and advancement.
    The challengesThink the management need to look at the local management team on their capabilities and skill set. Shall the wrong person is promoted, it will cause a detrimental effect to the team. Hence, the team spirit might be affected, and demotivated.
