As early as 1 year i am already a regular (2 to 3 years are their usual basis in order for them to decide, if your worthy to be regularized). The challengesThe challenges are, how to accomplished your targets, when every task is assigned to you, which for them its all priority, physically, mentally and psychologically i am down. They see only me as 1 analyst , despite 6 QA personnel in my department. I think they must learn to spread the the work, because during my time all my task are highly priorities.
