    QA Analyst/inspector
    Jul 2015
1 to 2 years in the role, former employee
    Laboratory Exploitation
The good thingsThey appreciate my capabilities and skills. As early as 1 year i am already a regular (2 to 3 years are their usual basis in order for them to decide, if your worthy to be regularized). Working their at first was so much fun even if all the task, special task were shouldered by me,which was out of my job description, despite other analyst are available, in short they rely on me too much.
The challengesThe challenges are, how to accomplished your targets, when every task is assigned to you, which for them its all priority, physically, mentally and psychologically i am down. They see only me as 1 analyst , despite 6 QA personnel in my department. I think they must learn to spread the the work, because during my time all my task are highly priorities.
