    Enjoyable, Memorable, Fun
The good thingsThe working environment is very friendly and even though I do the same tasks over and over again everyday, I never find it boring because of the people I work with. Working environment is an important factor in choosing a job because money can't buy a friendly, fun and yet memorable working environment for you.
The challengesThe challenges working in this company would be to master the tasks as quickly as you can because sometimes, you have to work alone and you are required to solve problems yourself yet at the same time give a good shopping experience to your customers.

Great working environment and a good place to start your retail career
The good thingsThe supervisors and managers will guide you personally if you face any difficulties. They help to achieve the sales target together as a team and motivates you to do better on your retail skills but at the same time without putting pressure on you. The full and part timers cooperate very well and its very easy to mix with them and that makes the overall working environment more lively and fun place to work at. Trainings are well conducted and we even get to attend courses that were scheduled by the company. It's pretty flexible as you can choose which day to work every month and can even do a slight change and thus, having your work-life balanced.
The challengesIts a fast paced growing retail industry with many competitors available and therefore, it is always hard to hit target. That is when you have to apply and make full use of your \"mix & match\", \"cross-selling\", \"up-selling\" skills, etc. Customers itself is a challenge. To be able to meet their wants and needs is a big success!
