Learn more, do more, pay less
The good thingsSince you needed to do more, you have the opportunity to learn many things and gain good experience that you can't get from most of the companies. If you doesn't have enough experience and can bear to get a lower pay (not temporary lower), and willing to learn (include learning things that not from your role and you need to cover it on your work), this is a good company for you.
The challengesIf you doesn't mind of having the 'flipping prata' everyday and empty promise as a bait for you to work more, there will be no challenges working here. Well, I'm trying to become positive here.
