    Wipro Tech has a very competitive work environment and challenging work opportunities. Also, not to mention the excellent training facilities.
    The good things1) Lots of processes which can be utilised in projects 2) Good focus on quality 3) Good chance of onsite/career progression if you maintain the right contacts 4) Good place to learn (UCF Initiative and other trainings that are available at offshore)
    The challenges1) Compensation is much below industry standards. Normalization is said to be done frequently but effects on salaries are not to be seen 2) Bad work-life balance. 3) Lack of onsite or career progression or pay hikes if you are not maintaining the right contacts. Insensitive to employee needs (related to relocation) 5) Focus on unimportant factors like Bulge.
