    Heavily depends on the school's environment you are deployed to.
    The good thingsThe school i was deployed to was good thus generally the work environment there was good for me.
    The challengesTechnically your supervisor is the school's HOD, so however the HOD is like is how you are expected to perform.

    The good thingsMEs are deployed to different schools so everyone will have different sets of experiences. The journey in my school had been good so far & my Account Manager is nice and always accommodating, which I appreciate. There's the occasional D&D and team-building activities yearly.
    The challengesAlways a contract staff, very basic starting pay & not much career progression. Increments in only after a few months.

    The good thingsProvided training for personal development. Provided WSQ certifications for staff, even provided cross training for different skillsets. Willing to spend on dinner and dance annually and provided timely team-building activities for staff.
    The challengesBetter HR Management in terms of providing a better pay package for staf that is on different schemes. Acknowledgement of staff that is not working in the HQ of their contributions. Provide better support in terms queries from staff and conversion of contract from contract to perm for staff that works for the company for more than 5 years.
