Great experience to work in a growing company
The good thingsOpen door work culture, great access to the leadership team Flexible to discuss ideas, and help in the implementation of the same highly motivated team and peer team as well In spite of huge pressure to grow, all teams are motivated to give 100% and driven by a common goal
The challengessometimes, feel a little bit constrained by orders of corporate office

how you talk to the agent you need to support and they are patient, no pressure to do your job well.
The good thingsthe deploying of the equipment to the production, the manager teach you more, like BIOS set up and imaging and how do you know what network you need to set to the different production.
The challengeschanging all the equipment of the production like monitor, system unit, mouse, keyboard in one(1) day then you to image all the application you need to install,

    No work - life balance
The good thingsThe trainings and the co workers. They provide trainings which will improve the business such as six sigma training and personal development programs. Benefits such as health care for dependent and even parking plans are a big plus
The challengesEmployee - employer relationship. Going home on time is frowned upon and overtime is forced. Lack of planning and goal setting makes daily and weekly tasks disorganized which becomes stressful and causes problems for the operations of the company

    No company is perfect
The good thingsWNS is a good company - Just good. It has its flaws and commendable in some areas Managers - Managers are friendly and supportive. Some will care and some will even go beyond caring Fun Events - WNS keeps every employee happy with periodical events like Summer Getaways, Holiday Events and Anniversaries. Facility - They have an almost complete facilities for the employees.
The challengesLocation - Though it is situated on a somehow exclusive area (EASTWOOD). Getting there especially on weekends and payday fridays is a total nightmare. Salary - They do not offer a competitive salary as they base it on your experience. I started at 12,000 plus 2000 allowance. The increase is not that much as well as I ended my career with them after two years at 13,800 plus 2,000. :)
