    The challengesJob seekers are generally apprehensive about the gig economy. Coaches themselves are offered mere short-term employment. Assuring clients employment stability exist is a major challenge

    I would recommend my friends to work in WSG
    The good thingsCE is liberal, my immediate and division boss is open to suggestions and ideas.Colleagues here are generally nice.
    The challengesI can't say for every division, but be prepared to work long hours and weekends if needed. And give it all you have. Oh the benefits are generally better than other agencies i know.
