World Fuel Services has very unique billing system with complex invoicing mechanisms, this call for experiences and problem solving skills. As one of the pioneer in the billing team, I was tasked to provide guidance to new hires, established sharepoint, customized in-house GST guideline manual, this helps to improve efficiency and reduced invoicing errors. I was also given the opportunity to participate in the feedback and user acceptance testing for many automation enhanced integrated system programs.
The challengesParts & parcels of biller's routine stress are challenges such as, juggling with urgent invoicing, compliance with accounting & government regulations on invoicing guidelines, managing collaboration & cooperation with internal stakeholders, by means of regular informal meeting & bonding activities.
