    Great initiative to involve community in delivering parcels to the community.
    The good thingsGiven the projections and the increasing online shopping this is a great model and helps generate employment for a very specific strata in the community. A win win solution. A model that will see its benefits soon. Great initiative !
    The challengesLike every evolving idea, this will take while to blossom to its full potential. Company is working hand in hand to optimize the Theological support. Work in progress.

    The good thingsGreat team to work with and fighting the trenches are easy because of great teamwork and dynamics. Management has been great to guide and teach which is important for career development and growth. Improvements have been made to achieve projects expectations, looking forward to see greater breakthroughs in the coming future!
    The challengesIf we fail to plan, we plan to fail. More planning and projection is better to activate relevant resources to make projects successful!

    Chance to learn and grow.
    The good thingsThe industry is moving fast and WMG is adopting new means to continue to grow in the logistics industry, all thanks to eCommerce. Exciting and challenging at the same time, my works keeps me happy.
    The challengeswish there was a direct bus from MRT, though my husband says the walking has done good for my weight :)
