Messy Management, won't stick to your own branch
The good thingsOnly have 2 shifts, dayshift and nightshift. Off days are fixed. There's OT. Quite a number of benefits.
The challengesLeave approval is so hard to get. You won't be able to stick to just your hotel to work. E.G.: If any other branch short of manpower, you'll have to head over and cover. Basic Salary is really low. They do not recognize WSQ certificates.
