    The good thingsWorking on shift work is great as i only work 15/16 days a month. Its a 12 hours shift. Working like 1 day 1 night follow by 2 off days.

    The challengesWork environment is warm. Interruption in building services such as air-conditioning makes it uncomfortable to move about and work, very distracting and may affect focus and productivity. Uniform is thick so that adds to the warmness. Certain KPIs do not make sense. Declining employee morale.

    The good thingsExperienced colleagues who are willing to help you whenever you ask them for help in testing, audits and lab housekeeping.
    The challengesNot advisable for people who are juggling with work and part-time school when they are required to work shift due to inflexibility of changing shift when there is no more annual leave.
