A great place to work forThe good thingsA great working environment with great colleagues and superiors. Bosses practice appropriate staffs empowerment and give proper guidances at times of needs. Top management does not micro-managed and is open to healthy discussions / suggestions from all level of staffs. A place where everyone is given an equal opportunity to move up in the organization (when available).
The challengesMore focus could be placed on staff development (non-managerial level). Not the best place when monetary return and staffs benefits are of highest priority. Given the current size of the organization, opportunity for advancement (though available) is not as prevalent as some might like it to be.
