The good thingsIf you enjoy routine, you can just do routine and job is secured. This company is suitable for working mother, since they allow flexible working hour and \"work from home\". If you are good in politics, you can progress well even you do not quite understand what you are doing within your job scope.
The challengesPeople with high capability will need to solve the problems without career and monetary incentives, but with more works to do. Do not need to spend quality time to work. You just need to take others' fruit to package well and sell. This will earn you promotion and good incentive. Management is short-sighted and purely follow what wall street is challenging them, without solving the root cause.

Good Company ambitious to do well in many things
The good thingsLoads of communication from leaders of company. Generally good support from peers and other departments. Working environment healthy with employees generally well motivated to do well personally and for company.
The challengesAs the company is highly progressive within the High Tech sector, this means the company goes through a lot of changes, may it be people, system or processes. Employees need to stay well connected with company happenings and to respond proactively with strong contributions to stay at the top. To some, the job may be well highly energy sapping, high burn.
