    The good thingsThere are NONE in this Company.
    The challengesBosses and project director. Beware of their temper and unreasonableness. Do not appreciate staffs contributions. Set high expectations and do not guide / lead by examples. Management is main problem. They do not have a proper process of handling issues & blame it on staffs.

    High Demand Work Culture, Low Salary, Not Enough Human Resources
    The good thingsVery easy to go up very fast if you are competent. Every year, the company will send you for courses, or you can request to go for a relevant one. Annual salary increment confirmed. Monthly feast provided. Free food on that day.
    The challengesThe company is reluctant to hire more competent resources. If they do, all your competent personnel in your team would have already tendered. The company hire incompetent managers who cannot perform the work required. The company tend to put employees in multiple big projects instead of dedicating employees to specific project. This drives people to go crazy and burn out very fast, especially good performing managers.
