Good for retirementThe good things- Rarely any OT
- Good bonuses (3-5 months on average, including AWS)
- Benefits quite good (medical, dental, OT, travel, etc.)
- Not a lot of workload, pace is quite relaxing
- Generally stable
The challenges- Incredibly stifling environment (culture & office layout)
- Very few people communicate with each other in the open so the entire office is always very quiet
- Office layout puts you right next to your peers or bosses so it's quite pressurizing
- Good for retirement because of low work load and slow pace but bad for career development or opportunities because of rigid system (minimum 3 years before you can even be considered for a promotion)
- Lack of training and growth opportunities because of the stability
