Avoid this company at all costs!
The good thingsCentral Location, friendly coworkers, forthnightly prayer sessions at HQ (good for Christians) as it is a faith-based organisation.
The challenges- High turnover. Same job advertisements keep reposting. There is a reason why there is such high turnover. - Unprofessional behaviour by bosses and manipulative coworkers - No recognition for hardwork - Toxic work environment - Promoting people who are not deserving and overlook other staff who worked equally hard - Favourtism culture

    Double-Standard Treatment and Bad Management
The good thingsConvenient working location and friendly colleagues from other divisions.
The challengesWas not being added to the dept whatsapp group chat for 10 months though there were two former staffs who were straightaway added during their first week of employment. The organisation continues to retain an existing staff who often makes mistakes and this shows a very poor hiring practices. If you were not their favourite, they will forever outcast you and focus on their favourites.

A great learning opportunity that taught me lots of new things.
The good thingsEmployee welfare was good, and supervisors usually are very kind and understanding towards other members of staff. HQ staff are very supportive towards those working in the centres as well.
The challengesLow manpower and high workload can cause a lot of stress in staff, but overall, staff tend to work well together to overcome challenges as a team.
