Promising company with much more to improve in processThe good thingsProduct is promising and it really does bring convenient and improvement for the travelers in currency conversion rate. Good potential to scale product to compete with physical money changer and even banks credit cards!
The challengesThe interview process is really bad and needs improvement. All feedback are great and positive but hiring manger went radio slience without getting back with an answer of offer for weeks. Maybe try not to leave future candidates waiting and get back soonest possible whether an offer would be made or not, or even consider having more management level involve in hiring so decision won't be depending on just an individual. Keeping quiet without getting back isn't being fair to potential candidates when everyone time is equally important.
