    The good thingsI learned many things and I also shared to other colleague what I have learned. I also develop more of my patience in teaching new staff even they don't have background on that particular.
    The challengesI don't enjoy because I'm overload on my job scope yet they cut my salary. Also this is a family business so if they have problem they take it personally not professionally.
