    The good thingsSome good people around.
    The challenges- If you love working after working hours for free whether in the office or at home (indirectly to show some sort of work commitment) almost daily, this is for you. - Some departments has poor leadership and/or trainings especially for newer staff. - Super slow progression for staff who has been working for quite a while.
