    The good thingsEveryone has to sign a contract for three years and also when resign the job have to give three months notices and if we work overtimes the company will not base on our salary to compute the hourly rate and also not pay us x 1.5 if you work overtimes just give a amount example . $11 dollars to all of them do not care how much is your basic pay.
    The challengesWell this s a listing company and is very much depend on the ceo to make discesuon.
