    The challengesI have faced a few challenges like Selenium is an open-source tool. With open Source, I have faced challenges. When our Team lead was not there then we have to handle the responsibility of the project.

    The good thingsI got to learn PEGA and test tools like JIRA. Also learned Agile Methodology in detail. Zensar helped me to grow as an individual contributor
    The challengesYou have to learn things on your own which in turn is good for your own Career build and development. Management can be improved to some extent.
