    A mess
The good thingsSome managers really care about you and for most of the time they really gave in to most of your request. Job is quite easy to pick up, not so stress.
The challengesLike i said, a mess. HR can't do their job well, payroll always not correct, confirmation letter took a 6 months to produce even staff is already confirmed, operation section is SOP changed anytime as long boss likes it, inventory is a mess, kitchen equipment is too little to handle 100pax capacity, poor ingredients quality.

    Hard work life balance
The good thingsLearned everything from operation to management. Every month need to make sure gain profit for the outlet and reduce the food cost and the variable costs.
The challengesNeed to standby all the times in case the staff didnt come to work. May not be able to break as to control the working hours to achieve company target.

    The Multi-cultural Fun Family
The good thingsVery understanding employer to match both the company & employees need. Increase measurements on salary incentives, welfare & benefits package, compensations package. More transparency and friendly discussion between the management and individual employees. Fun working with employees from different cultures and backgrounds. Can learn more languages and understand more on how other countries working employees live & work in Singapore. Best of all, we never starve with all the great food around!!
The challengesCertain traditional system adopted should be revised in order to operate more smoothly in Singapore. We need more advertising and social awareness on our improved goodies for more people to enjoy. Could be better if the company supports on career development programs and gathering activities for the employees.
