Nay!!! Bosses and Sales Manager CMI
The good thingsThere is a persistent gaslighting culture in the company starting with bosses and managers taking credit for others’ work. They micromanage excessively, while carrying an overly high sense of self-esteem that makes it difficult for staff to work comfortably. Favouritism is common, and many promises made by management turn out to be empty. Integrity is questionable, and we are asked to attend training outside of working hours without OT. Staff can be terminated on the spot, so being a confirmed employee doesn’t provide any real security, anyone can still be asked to leave without proper compensation. Management also tends to use subtle threats to pressure staff into accepting decisions, otherwise they make the notice period extremely difficult. High turn over rate, easily 10 employees, resigned or terminated within a span of 6-8 months and Drs as well, kept changing. Therapist not entitled to commission or hands on during probation period.

Seems fine at first, but poor management and lack of structure can really affect you.
The good thingsThere are some staff perks like complimentary laser treatments, free skincare products, and fun team-bonding sessions. Colleagues are generally nice, approachable, and willing to help each other.
The challengesThere is heavy micromanagement and a very rigid structure. Management lacks proper crisis management skills and often shifts blame to junior staff instead of addressing issues constructively. SOPs and communication are unclear, and the overall workflow can be messy and disorganized. The turnover rate is high, management can be inconsistent in their directions, and working conditions (like the pantry and workspace) could be better. Ethical standards and professionalism within certain levels of leadership also raise serious concerns.
