very challenging and engaging
The good thingsThis company encourages work life balance, enables career mobility and offers great benefits that employees would really appreciate. They let their employees have a great time while working. employees are also encouraged and given the chance to go up the ladder by giving opportunities for learning such as giving free mini courses and training which would be a great help in applying for internal promotions.
The challengesGiving employees career mobility has its downside. meaning employees are constantly moving from one department or function to the other leaving the latter missing one workforce. Thereby distributing the workload evenly to those left behind.

Feedback
The good thingsVery high skilled management Strong culture Efficient and effective processes are in place Best in class facilities, puts a premium on a highly maintained work environment and a strong thrust on use of new technology
The challengesNo strong approach on employee engagement considering that the workforce are young Imbalance on training programs being extended between support groups and those in operations Low opportunities for internal mobility both for frontline leadership to senior leadership roles

The good thingsThey have taught me empowerment and to make sure that your voice is heard. They have already a systematic system in place with regards to employee benefits and salary. They have a very efficient HR system where you are made sure that what you say is treated with utmost confidentiality and they will accordingly to what is just and fair, They have all these perks and freebies.
The challengesThey need to make sure that they hire the right people for the job especially for managerial positions. They need to look into promoting people and make sure that they are well compensated. Instead of offering external hire higher compensation package, they need to offer it to people within the company who has been promoted.

One of the best !
The good thingsOne of the many things that I absolutely love about J.P. Morgan Chase & Co is that they take really good care of their employees. They are always trying to find ways to keep us happy and secured and I truly cannot ask for more.
The challengesThe only thing that I would have liked to see them work on is the number of food concessionaires they have at the cafeteria- there isn't enough! It would be nice to not have to go out of the office building to get food.

It was a very good experience when I was still there. I developed my communication skills all the more along with my interpersonal and customer service skills.
The good thingsJP Morgan Chase was a good working environment. It was not an ordinary BPO but more of a financial institution, hence, people were more professional than expected. They were not just concerned of what they can get from their employees because they also know how to give back. They had linkages with the community/organizations and they do not just help individuals but the community at large.
The challengesIt was challenging in terms of schedule because we were following a US timezone. Working hours were mostly at night and it was the exact opposite of the usual body clock. But then, after a couple of months, adjustment was not totally difficult.

JP Morgan Chase
The good thingsSuperb environment and competitive colleagues. Everything is just smooth and easy. Pressure when it comes to work is there but you are still able to smile when you go home as people around you are helping each other. Teamwork is something natural.
The challengesJPMC is a financial firm. So many restrictions, from office clothes to simple stuff like bring of tissue paper or pen inside the office. It's understandable as the company is keeping it's promise for a world class security.

The good thingsThe perks for working with the company was great. Free parking, free vendo for drinks (juice, cola, etc), great financial and career advancements, great facilities.
The challengesDue to the location strategy, a lot of people got redundated. Recruitment can also work on streamlining their selection process.

5 awesome years with JPMC! :)
The good thingsThe benefits are really exceptional, as well as the culture of the organization. You could tell that the organization really takes care of its employees because the satisfaction level of those in the rank and file level is similar to those in the upper management. There is also opportunity here when it comes to skill improvement by the programs and trainings they conduct.
The challengesCareer development is a challenge, especially because they have high standards for supervisory/managerial position. Sometimes, they also prefer external hires over internal hires. So in that sense, maybe tenured ones should be given priority maybe, just to promote growth and reward loyalty.
