    Low Salary, High Workload
    The good thingsThe people were friendly and environment was family orientated. Colleagues were like Friends/Family and it was comfortable to work in. Great progression, when skills are recognised.
    The challengesCompany benefits did not make the mark and requires better improvement. Location of the office is inconvenient and "dangerous". Management a tough nut to crack. Low Salary Pay out. Behind the times, need more progression to keep up in the retail world. Demographics of the customers maybe old if you are a young and trendy person.

    Simple and Rewarding
    The good thingsI enjoy working with my colleagues and able to understand each individual work patterns. Team work is key during Peak hours (Sales events, etc) and I enjoy serving customers as it gets quite rewarding (for me).
    The challengesHowever, the salary is quite average or low in my opinion. Working as Sales assistant requires hard work in pushing the sales and managing your stocks. The salary you can not expect as abundant as other jobs.
