    The good thingsindividual contributors were clear and focused on their targets and requirements. it helps to prevent unnecessary diversion from the end target of hitting numbers every month. but even that is deteriorated very quickly with more frequent meaningless meetings and delayed projects with untimely disruptions.
    The challengesclear direction from management and company will be most welcome. quit the big picture speeches with no substance. they will not work out well for the good performers or staffs who actually care and wonder where the speech is really going. big picture speeches with details will help to provide sufficiently for staffs to understand better.
