Guest Service Ambassador (3 months contract)
As a Guest Service Ambassador, the incumbent will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences. He/she will be stationed in the lobby and across our F&B outlets to assist guests with self-check-in kiosks, offer assistance, gather feedback, and build rapport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide guests through the self-check-in kiosk process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding hotel services and amenities
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Engage with guests in a friendly and approachable manner, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines
- Assist with various operational tasks where necessary
Requirements:
