KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To issue/collect equipment to/from officers and ensure proper documentation of the process
- To ensure that the equipment room is kept tidy and orderly
- To ensure the equipment under their charge is safely stored, properly labelled, and maintained
- To request officers to write a damage or missing report if such scenario happens
- Provide Logistics with a monthly report on the holding status of all equipment under their charge
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
KEY REQUIREMENTS
1. Team-oriented attitude to assist other colleagues and departments.
2. Proactive and have a strong sense of responsibility.
3. Able to read, write and communicate in English.
4. Able to work on rotating shifts, on weekends and public holidays
