Executive, TRaCS (2-year Contract)
The Department of TRaCS was established to enhance workforce and community resilience through preventive education in mental health. TRaCS is made up of educators, trainers and counsellors to promote a culture of positive mental wellness in workplace and community.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate administrative matters relating to management of internal stakeholders, corporate clients and collaboration partners for TRaCS education programmes and services
- Involve in marketing of TRaCS programmes and services as well as development of resources and training materials on mental health awareness and prevention education
- Deliver programmes in capacity of educator for talks and workshops
- Lead/co-lead in specific areas of process improvement, customer relationship management and collaboration projects
- Contribute to a range of quantitative and qualitative research in marketing, programme evaluation and service delivery
- Coordinate administrative support for CGH PEER Network, CGH Crisis Support Response and any other matters arising in the course of provision of crisis support
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare or social service-related industry
- Candidates with no prior experience are also welcome to apply
- Possess strong competencies in both written and spoken English
- Able to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with diverse learning opportunities
- Good facilitation, project management and networking skills
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
