    The challengesMore welfare for staffs have a room for staffs rest during 1 hour break and able chit chat with colleagues and have water dispenser we can replenish our water.

    The challengesThe onboarding process revealed gaps between the job description, training content, and actual role requirements. The training assessment process contributed to unnecessary tension despite prior confirmation of employment. Training delivery lacked consistency across trainers, and expectations were not clearly reinforced. Feedback to trainees was at times corrective rather than supportive, with limited acknowledgement of training gaps, which impacted the learning environment and overall professionalism of the onboarding experience.
