Human Resource Executive (Talent Acquisition)
$2,700 – $3,400 per month
Responsibilities:
a. Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment functions with the objective of fulfilling the organisation's manpower requirements. This entails:
- Posting job advertisements on various mediums, pre-screening, and arranging interviews
- Facilitating interview sessions and verification of candidate’s documents
- Liaising with headhunters and recruitment agencies pertaining to recruitment matters
- Proposing job offers for selected candidates
- Prepare appointment letters and onboarding documents
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal regulations and company policies, including maintaining accurate records and documentation
b. On-Boarding
- Manage new employees' onboarding administration
- Conduct first workday induction
- Manage the staff orientation programme
c. Employee Appraisal and Confirmation
- Administer new employee's confirmation
- Administer employees' performance appraisal exercise
d. Other Duties Assigned
- Prepare weekly or ad-hoc manpower/ HR reports as and when required
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Department Head
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of work experience in human resources, particularly in talent acquisition
- Preferably has prior human resource work experience in a tertiary education organisation
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing in English, and is able to communicate with employees at all levels
- Prefers working in a multi-tasking and fast paced environment
- Good working knowledge of local employment legislation
- Able to work well with team members, and independently when required
- Good analytical skills
- Meticulous
- Able to complete assigned work in a timely manner
